The rules are simple: registered users may enter each contest once. No points are required, and every contest has at least one winner (some contests may have multiple winners, but most will have just one). The winner(s) are notified by e-mail when the contest ends! Entering contests is free and requires no point committment -- so there's no reason not to enter!
